Our rates and fees
Instructional Coaching sessions, public speaking engagements base fee $375 per hour, plus travel accommodations* included in final invoice.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Project assistance base fee $275 per hour, accommodations as needed for project.
*Accommodations will be defined in the contract with host school, business, person, or entity utilizing the professional services of Legacy Building Collective LLC or its staff.
Rate as low as .11¢ per square foot for commercial spaces.
Rate as low as $1.48 per square foot for residential, ADU, as-built layouts.
